Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to delinquent customers for collection of dues.
- Collect payments online and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Educate and guide customers regarding their repayment obligations.
- Maintain updated reports and follow-up logs on customer interactions.
- Work towards achieving monthly collection targets and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- Must have 1 to 6 years of experience in telecalling, collections, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work with updated customer data reports and handle multiple follow-ups.
- Should be target-oriented, proactive, and professional in approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate (UG)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in collections, telecalling, or a related field preferred.
