Role Overview:
Infosys BPM is hiring for the Customer Support International Voice Process for their Pune and Bangalore locations. The role requires handling customer queries and providing solutions through calls, chat, or email. This is a full-time, office-based position, and candidates must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Resolve client issues over calls, chat, or email with excellent communication skills.

Manage customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.

Work in a 24/7 environment and adhere to US shift timings.

Proactively manage customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage time effectively, ensuring that all customer interactions are meaningful and add value.

Complete specific training programs set by the client to maintain and enhance service quality.
Must-Have Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to work in US shift timings and a full-time office-based environment (100% WFO, no hybrid).

Willingness to undergo training programs as per client requirements.

Problem-solving skills and ability to independently resolve customer issues.

Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:

Any Graduate with additional certifications in customer service or upskilling.
