Job Overview:
As an Education Counselor, you will serve as a guide and support system for students and their families, helping them make well-informed decisions regarding academic programs, admissions, and financial aid. You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, providing comprehensive counseling and ensuring a smooth enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents.
- Provide detailed information about academic programs, admission processes, and financial aid.
- Assist students in completing applications and collecting necessary documentation.
- Follow up with students who have shown interest in enrollment.
- Schedule campus visits or virtual counseling sessions.
- Support applicants with completing admission formalities smoothly.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (Excluding B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, BCA, and Law)
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Must be proactive, organized, and have the ability to multitask in a team environment.
- Open to general day shifts with two rotational week offs.
