Education: Any graduate except B.Tech, BCA, M.Tech, or MCA

Experience: 1 – 3 Years (Freshers not eligible)

Strong command over English (written and verbal) is mandatory

Deliver exceptional email support with timely resolutions

Utilize deductive reasoning and analytical thinking in decision-making

Maintain and update client databases and validate critical order/payment info

Manage internal order-to-cash processes

Ensure policy compliance and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Own customer issues until resolved, maintaining professionalism and urgency
