Provide support via Voice, Email & Remote Access

Respond and resolve user queries professionally

Use ITSM tools including ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM, CA Service Desk

Support tasks related to:

Active Directory: Password reset, unlock accounts

Microsoft Office/O365 Support (Outlook, Teams, Excel)

VPN / Citrix / Windows OS / Exchange Support

Network & Hardware Troubleshooting (LAN, Printers, Devices)

SCCM Basics, Antivirus, Patch Management

Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years) can apply

Must have excellent English communication skills

Graduation NOT mandatory (No pursuing students)

Must be comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts (24/7)
