⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
-
Configure and validate network installations for new customers and live site upgrades
-
Troubleshoot technical issues (3rd line global support)
-
Hands-on with Cisco hardware: Nexus, Catalyst, WLAN
-
Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP (VXLAN knowledge is a plus)
-
Work on network designing, site activations, and ticket resolutions
-
Provide remote support to on-site teams and coordinate with global clients
-
Execute end-to-end commissioning to ensure accurate network delivery
📚 Preferred Skills & Certifications:

CCNA Global Certification or Training (mandatory)

Knowledge of MPLS, SDWAN (Viptela/Silverpeak), VPNs, Fortigate, Cradlepoint, Nokia devices

Strong troubleshooting skills across LAN/WAN/WLAN environments

Previous experience with ISP site installation and network test-turn-up (TTU)

Familiarity with network tools, project management, and SLA-based delivery
