Key Responsibilities
- Handle Transfer Agency and Co-Funds back-office operations.
- Process investor transactions accurately and within timelines.
- Perform fund administration and securities-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain transaction records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational queries.
- Deliver high-quality service while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
Required Skills
- Experience in Transfer Agency or Co-Funds operations.
- Knowledge of securities and investment operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing.
- Ability to work in US/UK shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com, BBA, BMS, or MBA (Finance).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Co-Funds/Securities operations is preferred.
- Immediate to early joiners will be given preference.
