Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash transactions, including cash disbursement and cash management.
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, demand drafts, and cheque deposits.
- Accept retail and commercial deposits and loan repayments.
- Maintain adequate cash balance and manage cash drawer operations.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent front-end banking services.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and operational procedures.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong listening skills and patience in handling customer queries.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and cash handling.
- Accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment.
- Sales and cross-selling skills will be an added advantage.
