Key Responsibilities
- Drive life and health insurance sales through partner bank branches.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by cross-selling insurance products.
- Build strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
- Conduct joint customer meetings with bank employees to identify insurance needs.
- Train and motivate bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques.
- Assist customers with policy selection, issuance, renewals, and claim support.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Knowledge of life insurance and bancassurance sales.

Eligibility Criteria
