You will work within the Capital Market domain performing data research, analysis, client support, and financial interpretation.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer requests within SLAs (TAT, Quality, Productivity)

Conduct qualitative & quantitative financial research

Perform root cause analysis & process improvement

Interpret financial statements & analyze data
