Job Description
- Handle customer queries via calls and support channels
- Provide accurate and timely resolution to customer issues
- Log and track interactions in CRM systems
- Escalate unresolved cases to appropriate teams
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria
