Job Description
- Handle inbound calls from US customers
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and pricing
- Identify opportunities for sales and upselling
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally
- Maintain detailed records in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (preferred)
- 0–3 years experience in customer service / call center / sales

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including US shifts)
