1️⃣ Sales Officer – Current Account & Saving Account
Key Responsibilities:

Acquire quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) customers.

Drive acquisition of High-Value CASA variants and CASA AMB.
-
Cross-sell banking and financial products such as Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Gold, Trade/FX, and Asset Products.
-
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
-
Ensure complete KYC compliance and adherence to bank policies.
-
Handle operational risks and ensure safety of bank and customer assets.
-
Submit timely MIS reports and escalate issues effectively.
-
Maintain high standards of YES Personality and professionalism.
2️⃣ Wealth Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities:
-
Manage banking and investment relationships for YES FIRST (HNI/NRI) clients.
-
Drive growth in liabilities and investment business from premium clients.
-
Identify and develop potential HNI/NRI relationships for incremental revenue.
-
Achieve sales targets across liabilities, assets, business banking, FOREX, cards, and investments.
-
Provide financial planning and investment advisory to clients.
-
Drive CASA balance growth and enhance product/channel penetration.
-
Ensure high-quality customer engagement and satisfaction.
-
Generate fee-based income through mutual funds, investments, and insurance.
-
Maintain detailed client profiling and record all sales activities as per process.

Education: Any Graduate (UG)

Experience: 3 – 8 years in sales, wealth management, or relationship management
