Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Order to Cash (OTC):
- Handle cash applications and ensure timely deliverables
- Utilize ERP tools (SAP S/4 HANA, Blackline, ServiceNow)
- Perform reconciliations and maintain basic communication skills
Accounts Receivable (RTR):
- Manage GL reporting, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Handle month-end activities and understand accounting controls
- Work with ERP applications (SAP S/4 HANA, Blackline, ServiceNow)
Accounts Payable (P2P):
- Process invoices and payments, handle PO and Non-PO invoices
- Manage vendor/master data and understand P2P process flow
- Use ERP tools (SAP S/4 HANA, Blackline, ServiceNow)
Project Accounting:
- Oversee consulting services contracts and prepare customer invoices
- Coordinate with clients, negotiate contracts, and use MS Office & ERP tools
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms
Eligibility:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Non-Tech Graduate in any stream (B.Com preferred)
- 1-6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
