Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Order to Cash (OTC):

• Handle cash applications and ensure timely deliverables
• Utilize ERP tools (SAP S/4 HANA, Blackline, ServiceNow)
• Perform reconciliations and maintain basic communication skills

Accounts Receivable (RTR):

• Manage GL reporting, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Handle month-end activities and understand accounting controls
• Work with ERP applications (SAP S/4 HANA, Blackline, ServiceNow)

Accounts Payable (P2P):

• Process invoices and payments, handle PO and Non-PO invoices
• Manage vendor/master data and understand P2P process flow
• Use ERP tools (SAP S/4 HANA, Blackline, ServiceNow)

Project Accounting:

• Oversee consulting services contracts and prepare customer invoices
• Coordinate with clients, negotiate contracts, and use MS Office & ERP tools
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Non-Tech Graduate in any stream (B.Com preferred)
• 1-6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
