Deloitte’s Cybersecurity Automation Team is looking for a skilled SOAR Engineer with strong technical expertise in Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR to design, develop, and maintain SOAR playbooks, create integrations, and enhance cybersecurity operations.
🧩 Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Cortex XSOAR playbooks to automate security operations workflows.

Integrate multiple security tools and data sources via APIs and custom connectors.

Collaborate with SOC Analysts, Incident Response, and Cybersecurity teams to identify automation use cases.

Create custom Python scripts for automations and integrations.

Troubleshoot and maintain XSOAR workflows and integrations.

Ensure all automation processes align with security standards and compliance requirements.

Document playbooks, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Train and mentor junior engineers on XSOAR development.
🧠 Required Skills

Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR.

Strong understanding of Security Operations, Incident Response, and SOC processes.

Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and integration.

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and various security tools (SIEM, EDR, Firewalls, Threat Intel).
