Job Role: Fraud Detection, Payment Disputes & Chargeback Analyst
📌 Experience: 2 – 7 years

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Monitor cash transactions (incoming & outgoing) for fraud risk signals
✔️ Analyze & review flagged accounts for potential fraudulent activities
✔️ Assess payment rails risks – ACH, Cheques, Wire Transfers
✔️ Conduct fraud reviews and escalate high-risk accounts for further action
✔️ Handle chargeback claims & payment disputes in compliance with banking policies
✔️ Work with corporate clients to understand spending patterns and risk factors
✔️ Ensure accurate documentation of fraud cases and provide supporting evidence
Preferred Skills:
✅ Prior experience in Fraud Operations / Chargebacks / Disputes
✅ Strong knowledge of US payment systems (ACH, Cheques, Wires)
✅ Good analytical & logical reasoning skills
✅ Experience in corporate transaction monitoring & fraud assessment
✅ Strong verbal & written communication skills
✅ Ability to make quick judgment calls on fraudulent transactions
