Job Role: Senior Process Executive (RTR)
📌 Experience: 1 – 4 years in Finance & Accounting (F&A) – RTR
📌 Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
📌 Industry: Financial Services

📌 CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹4.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Setup and maintain General Ledger (GL) accounts
✔️ Book journal entries, accruals, and reversals
✔️ Process bad debt provisions & true-ups
✔️ Perform period close reconciliations & open item clearing
✔️ Prepare cash flow forecasting reports
✔️ Ensure compliance with financial policies & controls
Preferred Skills:
✅ Experience in General Accounting & Record to Report (RTR)
✅ Proficiency in Oracle Applications (Preferred)
✅ Strong verbal & written communication skills
✅ Customer-focused attitude
