Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3)
✅ Non-tech graduates (Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields)
✅ Willing to work in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review material requirements and specifications
✔ Floating RFQ, receiving bid responses, preparing & sharing bid summaries
✔ Creation of Purchase Requests (PR) & Purchase Orders (PO)
✔ Manage supplier queries and purchase order reconciliation
✔ Maintain master data and update procurement records
✔ Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
✔ Strong ERP system experience (JDE, SAP, Ariba preferred)
Skills Required:
🔹 Experience in Purchasing, Sourcing & Supplier Management
🔹 Hands-on knowledge of SAP S4, ERP, JDE, Ariba
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🔹 Ability to work with stakeholders and suppliers
