Key Responsibilities:
- Managing payments, disbursements, general ledger, and sub-ledger accounting.
- Handling A/R and A/P management, annual financial statements, and client reporting.
- Supporting statutory accounting and audits.
- Preparing trackers, issue logs, and MIS reports.
- Ensuring adherence to client SLAs and timely escalation of issues.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong team player with experience in a dynamic organization.
- Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills, communication, presentation skills, and customer focus.
- Ability to manage change, take ownership, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience in KPO/BPO environments preferred.
- CA with post-qualification experience ranging from 0-8 years or CA (Intermediate) with 3-7 years of experience.
