Job Descriptions:
1. PTP (Procure to Pay):
- Shift: US Shifts/Night shifts
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service delivery for PTP team.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles.
- Project manage technology implementations.
- Handle customer relationship and problem resolution.
- Facilitate accounts payable reviews.
- Provide PTP technology and process improvement recommendations.
- Manage process and improvement-focused projects.
2. RTR (Record to Report):
- Responsible for financial reporting and analysis, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
3. OTC (Order to Cash) & OTC Collections:
- Oversee the order management process, credit management, collections, and dispute resolution.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer orientation and empathy.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in SAP and Excel.
- Knowledge of LEAN methodology is a plus.
