- Develop and manage relationships with High Net Worth (HNI) customers for liabilities and commercial assets.
- Ensure superior customer service and compliance with bank policies.
- Cross-sell and up-sell various Kotak Bank financial products.
- Keep clients informed about new products and offers to deepen engagement.
- Conduct special sales drives, events, and client meetings to acquire and retain customers.
- Maintain complete customer relationship records and handle queries with a quick turnaround.
- Coordinate with Kotak Group companies for cross-business opportunities.
🎯 Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in banking or financial sales (5–8 years).
- Expertise in Commercial Assets such as CC, OD, TL, and Export Finance.
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Insurance is an added advantage.
- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
