Job Summary:
- Roles: FPNA and RTR
- Job Location: Chennai
- Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3). Non-Tech Graduates in any stream, with a preference for B.Com graduates. Experience in Finance & Accounting is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities for FPNA:
- Monitor performance indicators, analyze trends, and highlight causes of variance.
- Develop and manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and operating plans.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Prepare quarterly and monthly financial reports.
- Implement business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.
- Evaluate processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing and new projects.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide accurate financial recommendations to management.
- Support senior management with in-depth analysis.
Key Responsibilities for RTR:
- Manage day-to-day transactional services, including period-end activities and journal entries.
- Handle fixed asset accounting and internal order creation.
- Perform reconciliations and support reporting activities.
- Ensure daily targets are met with quality, accuracy, and within TAT.
- Maintain query logs and support system testing and UAT.
