🧾 Available Positions:

1️⃣ Assembly Operator

• Proficient in aircraft assembly operations — drilling, reaming, riveting, and fasteners installation.
• Skilled in reading engineering drawings and using hand/cutting tools.
• Experience with aircraft fasteners, aerodynamics, and basic aircraft structures.

2️⃣ Paintshop Operator

• Hands-on expertise in manual painting & paint mixing for aerospace/automobile components.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and troubleshooting paint defects.

3️⃣ Manufacturing Engineer

• Create and maintain Manufacturing Instruction Sheets (MISs), Technical Sheets, and Visual Aids (VAs).
• Manage BOMs, tool verification, and First Article Inspection (FAI) prove-outs.
• Drive process improvements and engineering change notifications.

4️⃣ QA Engineer & QC Inspector

• Familiar with AS9100/QMS requirements, measurement tools, and inspection techniques.
• Experience in FAI documentation, problem-solving, and Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA).
• Coordinate across departments to ensure product quality compliance.

5️⃣ Production Supervisor

• Manage shift operations, manpower planning, and production targets.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and GEMBA practices.
• Ensure adherence to QMS and AS91 quality standards.

🎓 Educational Qualifications:

• ITI (Fitter) / Diploma (Any Specialization) / B.E./B.Tech (Any Specialization)
