Job Description/Skills Required

• Key responsibilities:
• * Need to take care of frontline sales hiring for Banks retail asset vertical and to assure 100% manning penetration throughout the year
• * Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings through self-sourcing and other sourcing channel
• * Facilitate internal hiring processes like referrals and other campaigns
• * Coordinating with various stakeholders & departments for scheduling interviews
• * Achieve staffing recruitment by evaluating and recruiting the candidates as per the given business mandates and well versed of Bulk Hiring candidates from BFSI/NBFC industry
• * Attract talent by placing job advertisements through various hiring sources and through Job Portals & Social Media
• * Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirement
• * Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment norms & policy
