🎯 Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers and respond to account-related inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive service experience.
- Provide detailed information on bank products and services.
- Identify customer needs and refer them to the right banking department.
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction levels.
- Mentor and guide new team members as required.
- Manage small internal projects to improve efficiency within the unit.
🗣️ Skills & Language Requirements:
- Fluency and confidence in English communication (must).
- Preferred languages: Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations preferred.
