🎯 Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer complaints and queries.
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate call logs and issue documentation.
- Deliver timely resolution as per SLA and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective complaint resolution.
- Demonstrate problem-solving, empathy, and communication skills during customer interactions.
🧠 Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 6 years of experience in international voice process / complaint management / customer support.
- Excellent English communication (grammar, pronunciation, and sentence construction).
- Proficiency in Malayalam & English or Hindi & English.
- Qualification: HSC / Any Graduate (arrears accepted).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (24/7).
