Job Description
- Support to the regional leadership team in the formulation of business strategy, business plan, budget and target setting by providing relevant data analysis & information Support the Head of strategy & planning and regional business heads to conduct review of the individual branches, cluster and the region wise performance Drive improvements to the existing business processes, develop and review new business processes as per the strategic goals of Ujjivan. Ensure detailed review of expenses and control expenses by reviewing variance analysis periodically 2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Prepare a draft business plan with annual targets by consolidation of product wise and region wise targets and provide it to Head of strategy & planning for discussion with leadership Review the progress against targets on a periodic basis and prepare reports on the target vs achievements. Prepare capital and revenue budgets in coordination with the respective departments and present to the Head of strategy & planning. Prepare and submit, branch & respective region review reports and other performance reports for evaluation and review to National Leadership Team coordinating with Corporate Financial Analysts. Continuously scan the market environment on performance of peer banks on Ujjivans focus regions and various customer segments; provide strategic information to the MD & CEO and National Leadership Team. Prepare the annual branch expansion plan based on the requirement for Region to present to National leadership Team for approval. Collect inputs from the Managing Director and the National Leadership Team on the branch expansion plan Review the number of branches to be opened as per the business plan and coordinate with regional teams for the opening of branches as against the targets set.
