This exciting role offers opportunity to: Responsible for assisting the Plant Controller in managing the monthly profit and loss. Financial plans and rolling forecast work of Ranjangaon Plant. Brings a clear understanding of business performance and identifies growth, margin expansion, and cost reduction opportunities. Provides financial insight, critical thinking, to improve the finance/operating results. List the essential functions (i.e., key responsibilities with expected end results), which must be accomplished To fulfill the purpose of your position as described above. Primarily responsible for assisting the Plant Controller India in managing the financial plans and roll forecast. Bring a clear understanding of the business performance and identifying growth, margin expansion, and cost reduction opportunities. Provide financial insight, critical thinking, and leadership to improve financial results. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial results package on an accurate and timely basis. Perform and manage variance analysis for the key financial metrics driving business performance. Explain and interpret results against monthly, quarterly and annual profit plans and rolling forecasts. Improve financial reporting quality, standardization and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement & cost-out projects for plant. Assist in preparation of business reviews and presentations to senior management. Leads special projects as needed. Prepare monthly and quarterly operational results for Plant, Financial package on an accurate and timely basis (including CONC, WC, FLEX, HC and CAPEX etc.)
