Job Description
- Experience in Benefit Administration, Benefit Configuration, Claims Adjudication, Payer claims, Medicare and Medicaid background (Min 24-30 months)
- Candidate should have minimum 3-year experience in Claim adjudication/ Benefit Configuration domain
- To understand the process as SME and to assist Team Lead with work tracking and allocation, doing quality audit and mentoring and guiding other resources.
- Work independently as an individual contributor with minimal mentoring and coaching.
- Should have sound knowledge in MS Tools for various report creation.
- Maintain work tracker, quality tracker and generate daily, weekly, monthly reports.
- To create process manuals, SOPs etc and provide ideas to improve the current process.
- Update validate benefits as per plan, Legislation &Code benefits in logical sequence as per the requirement.
