Provide technical support (L1 & some L2 issues) via calls, emails, and chat.

Troubleshoot hardware & software issues for PCs/Laptops.

Handle networking-related queries (LAN/WAN, VPN, Active Directory, Outlook).

Deliver prompt and effective solutions for customer escalations.

Support international customers in rotational night shifts.
🎓 Eligibility & Skills

Education: Graduation not mandatory.

Freshers: Must have excellent communication skills.

Experienced Candidates: 6 months – 5 years in International Voice/Technical Support preferred.
