📝 Job Responsibilities

• Manage Classic Portfolio through customer acquisition and relationship management.

• Cross-sell financial products like Demat, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, Loans, and Advisory Services.

• Ensure customer retention and control attrition by engaging and servicing clients.

• Generate business through walk-ins, referrals, and family account acquisitions.

• Maintain portfolio profitability by enhancing product penetration and wallet share.

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure compliance with KYC norms.

• Manage operations including account openings, FD renewals, locker allotments, and documentation.

🎓 Eligibility & Skills

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (Any stream)

• Certifications (Preferred):

  • NISM V-A (Mandatory)

  • IRDA, NCFM, CAIIB (Optional)

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Banking/Wealth Management

• Skills Required:

  • Sales & Influencing Skills

  • Knowledge of Banking Products & Processes

  • Wealth Management Expertise

  • Strong Communication & Customer Handling
