📝 Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end accounts receivable process.

Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments & follow up.

Prepare & reconcile AR accounts; resolve discrepancies.

Generate & share aging reports with management.
-
Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding payment queries.
-
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies & standards.
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivables / AR Process.
-
Education: B.Com / BBA (Graduation Mandatory).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles related to receivables.
-
Proficiency in MS Excel & accounting software (SAP / Oracle / Tally).
-
Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.
