• Moderate and review online content as per platform guidelines

• Identify and escalate trends and sensitive content

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high quality standards

• Follow content review policies and community standards

• Adapt to a 24/7 work environment including night shifts

⚠️ Note: Role may involve reviewing sensitive or egregious content including graphic material.

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in any stream (except Law)

• Experience: Freshers only (Undergraduates, pursuing/result-awaited candidates not eligible)

• Skills: Strong verbal & written communication in English and Hindi, basic computer proficiency

• Shifts: Rotational, 24/7 availability required

• Location: Must be willing to relocate and work from office in Hyderabad
