🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Flexibility to work in night shifts & rotational shifts

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Hands-on experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, PEGA

📝 Job Responsibilities

1. Contract Creation & Drafting

• Draft basic contracts using standard TCS templates

• Collect and validate contract-related data

• Update flexible & fixed model contract terms

• Coordinate with stakeholders for clause finalization

2. Contract Updates & Maintenance

• Update contracts in ERP/CLM tools

• Track renewals, amendments & terminations

• Maintain version control & audit records

3. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to internal standards & legal policies

• Identify and flag risks or inconsistencies

• Support documentation for disputes & performance checks

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Generate MIS reports for renewals, expirations, and contract status

• Maintain metadata, KPIs & performance logs

• Support month-end/period-end documentation
