🔍 Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries (No sales, upselling, or cross-selling)

• Provide accurate product, service & account information

• Manage multiple customer queries efficiently

• Use internal tools, CRM systems & workflows effectively

• Collaborate with internal departments for issue resolution

• Maintain quality, accuracy & high service standards

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• 1+ year experience in International Voice Process (Mandatory)

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills & customer-focused mindset

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Must reside within 35 km of work location

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
