💼 Position Details:

• Role: Order To Cash (OTC) Executive

• Industry: IT Services & Consulting

• Department: Finance & Accounting

• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Experience Required: 2 to 7 years (1 to 8 years considered)

• Job Location: Mumbai (Thane West)

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance or Commerce)

📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Credit management and customer master data handling

• Order fulfillment, returns processing, and billing management

• Cash applications and sales/payment reconciliations

• Managing tax legislation, audit & compliance activities

• Downloading bank statements and timely remittance processing

• Customer invoicing processing and applying payments accurately

• Reconciling orders with customer accounts and following up on collections

• Email follow-ups and correspondence related to collections

✅ Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of formal education (10+2+3)

• Must be flexible to work in rotational and night shifts

• Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhaar and PAN card

• Candidates must have a valid TCS EP number (EPCN) – see registration steps below

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Relevant finance/accounting background mandatory
