🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities:

Moderate egregious content (text, video, image, sound) per platform guidelines.

Flag content violating community standards – including abuse, violence, terrorism.

Approve/reject content in accordance with customer policies.

Classify violations using knowledge bases and document edge cases for future reference.

Meet daily utilization targets and ensure login time adherence.

Identify gaps in moderation policies based on actual scenarios.

Maintain repositories of nuanced moderation examples and decisions.
✅ Candidate Requirements:

1+ years of prior experience in:

Content Moderation (Trust & Safety)

Social Media Moderation

News/TV/Digital/Print Media Filtering

Strong English communication skills – verbal & written

Comfortable with 24×7 work environment, including night shifts & weekends
