Genpact invites experienced professionals in Insurance, Underwriting, US Mortgage, US Brokerage, Property & Casualty Insurance (P&C) to a mega walk-in drive at Noida. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with US shift availability and prior insurance domain experience to join a leading global BPM company.
💼 Job Role & Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice on commercial insurance products, risk management strategies, and regulatory requirements

Manage and resolve inquiries related to client services and insurance broking
-
Communicate with underwriters, brokers, and account executives to obtain or clarify information
-
Conduct training sessions to enhance employee knowledge of commercial insurance principles
-
Act as liaison between clients and team members for smooth communication and updates
-
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and knowledge base materials
-
Conduct monthly knowledge assessments and training need identification (TNI)
-
Ensure compliance with all control measures and review policy exceptions before processing transactions
-
Handle varied workloads, meet targets, and deadlines efficiently

Lead by example and act as a subject matter expert within the broking operations team
🎯 Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
-
Graduate in any stream except Law
-
1.5 to 4 years of relevant insurance experience, especially in US P&C Insurance lifecycle activities
-
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
-
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and multitasking ability
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)

Team player with strong relationship-building and client-focused attitude

Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure

Insurance certification and US P&C broker experience is a plus
