This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with 1–3 years of experience or freshers with excellent communication skills to join a permanent non-voice role in one of India’s leading NBFCs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer concerns via email and deliver extraordinary customer service.
- Process customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Document each customer query/problem along with the resulting solution.
- Update necessary account information and offer custom solutions.
- Gather relevant information from customers and ensure accurate data entry for resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and listening skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Upbeat, positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
