Eligibility & Qualification:
- Education: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA-Finance
- Experience: 2-6 years in Indian Accounting/Finance operations
- Note: Candidates applied in the last 6 months need not apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Process Transformation / Standardization
- Suggest process and system improvements.
- Conduct UAT for process/system changes and provide inputs.
Verification & Invoicing of Bills
- Scrutinize invoices and ensure 3-way match before processing.
- Update SAP entries for invoices, advances, penalties, and debits.
- Coordinate with mailroom agents and plant users for incomplete documentation.
- MIGO updating, provisions, interunit transfer entries, and helpdesk support.
Review & Reconciliation
- Perform monthly interunit reconciliation with respect to RMC.
- Ensure SIT entries for stock in transit and manage freight bill DI.
Continuous Capability Improvement
- Upgrade process knowledge at UKSC regularly to improve efficiency.
Risk Management & Governance
- Ensure accurate TDS, GST, and tax code entries.
- Maintain proper adjustments for vendor payments and compliance.
