About the Role
Join Genpact’s dynamic Customer Support team as a Chat + Voice Associate and become part of a world-class customer service network. You’ll handle inbound and outbound communication, assist clients across various domains, and provide exceptional service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple customer chats/calls simultaneously (3+ active chats).
- Resolve queries efficiently using help articles and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Domain, Hosting, Servers, SSL, Email, and more.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs.
- Report bugs, share feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline (except Law).
- Only 2021–2025 graduates are eligible (no postgraduates/pursuing students).
- Good understanding of Internet Technology (Websites, Domains, Hosting, Browsers, Security).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in written English with a neutral accent.
- Basic technical and sales knowledge.
