Source leads for ILSCV (Intermediate Light Small Commercial Vehicle) loans via DSEs, open market, or dealer channels.
👥 Customer Relationship Management:

Handle end-to-end customer service – product explanation, query resolution, and cross-selling.

Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
🤝 Dealer Relationship Management:

Maintain regular engagement with assigned dealers.
📝 Deal Processing:

Collect and process pre- and post-sanction documents.

Accurately input data into RSPM, SAGE, and internal systems.
