Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Contact customers through outbound calls to promote HDFC Bank products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Generate leads and ensure successful sales closures.
- Cross-sell various banking products based on customer needs.
Process Management
- Follow all bank policies, compliance guidelines, and code of conduct.
- Maintain required login hours and dialer productivity parameters.
- Ensure accurate call handling and customer information management.
- Minimize customer complaints by providing correct product information.
- Maintain call productivity, lead management, and database hygiene.
Quality Management
- Deliver excellent customer interaction and communication.
- Update lead status and customer information accurately in the dialer system.
- Work on feedback provided by supervisors and quality teams.
- Attend product, process, and soft skills training sessions regularly.
- Ensure compliance with customer management and call management standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are eligible.
