🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit new insurance agents through direct sourcing
- Activate agents and drive performance through regular engagement
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Promote and sell Tata AIG’s general insurance products
- Ensure compliance with internal sales process and hygiene standards
- Handle frontline/field sales responsibilities
✅ Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–2 years’ experience in insurance or field sales preferred
- Strong passion for target-based sales
- Self-motivated and energetic personality
- Willing to work in the field and travel locally
