🎯 Job Description:

Join the fast-growing finance team at eClerx as a Financial Analyst! Work on key processes including KYC, AML, Capital Markets, and Derivatives, contributing to global finance operations.

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Handle reconciliation and transaction allocations
• Manage KYC and non-KYC document processes
• Work with internal/external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies
• Prepare client and internal financial reports
• Ensure timely issue escalations and resolutions

📝 Assessment Process:

1. Initial Screening
2. Aptitude Test (Quant, English, Reasoning) + Voice
3. HR Interview
4. Operations Interview

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: B.Com, BBA, BMS, B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E., BA (with Finance interest)
• Freshers & Candidates with up to 2 Years’ Experience
• All semester mark sheets & final degree required in hard copy
• Comfortable with Night Shift & 1-Year Training Agreement
• WFO Only – Double Vaccinated Candidates Only
• Candidates pursuing MBA/CFA/CMA/CA/CS not eligible
• No rotational shifts | Fixed night/EMEA shift
• Preference to candidates from: Kurla to Ulhasnagar / Kurla to Panvel / Santacruz to Andheri / Mira Road, Diva, Badlapur, etc.
