📝 Job Role: Banking – Non Voice (0–3 Years)

Responsibilities

• Data entry related to personal details, provider information, invoices, codes, etc.
• Validate information entered by indexer/data entry operator
• Identify duplicate claims & take corrective action
• Select and verify correct preauthorization
• Handle policy & non-policy messages
• Read and act on alerts related to members & service providers
• Refer cases to calling team, HCS, TMT, Triage, etc. as required
• Identify fraud, overcharges, and ineligible claims
• Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance in data processing

🎯 Eligibility

Education: Any non-technical graduates (Except Law & Diploma)
Eligible UG Degrees include: B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BMS, BHM, BFA, BDS, B.Pharma, BAMS, BHMS, BVSc, BUMS, etc.
