🧾 About the Role – B2B Sales / Key Account Manager:
Paytm is hiring MBA Freshers for a high-impact B2B sales role focused on Enterprise Account Management and Growth. You’ll work with telco clients across global markets, especially in Africa, and will be trained in India before international deployment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with Telco clients
- Achieve and exceed revenue and sales targets
- Expand product offerings within existing accounts
- Cross-sell digital platforms, VAS, and telco solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and deliver sales presentations
- Handle account collections and reporting
✅ Candidate Profile:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in any specialization
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sales-driven, proactive, and analytical mindset
- Willing to relocate internationally after training (Africa-based roles)
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
