1️⃣ Channel Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with partner banks to promote general insurance products.

Ensure continuous business growth by deepening branch-level engagement and driving product penetration.
2️⃣ Sales Target Achievement

Achieve sales and business targets through lead generation, cross-selling, and upselling.

Convert leads from partner banks and ensure consistent monthly performance.
3️⃣ Training & Support

Conduct training sessions for bank staff to improve their product and sales knowledge.

Support branch teams to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service standards.
4️⃣ Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to all IRDAI regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer documentation, and performance metrics.
🎓 Education & Experience

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0 – 5 Years in BFSI / Banking / Insurance sector preferred
