Troubleshoot Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.

Support Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype).

Handle VPN, TCP/IP, and network-related issues.

Eligibility:

1â2 years experience in IT Service Desk / Technical Support

Knowledge of OS, browsers, and networking basics

Strong communication skills and shift flexibility
