1️⃣ Customer Service

• Handle calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer queries.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professionalism.

• Work in a fast-paced, global environment ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Eligibility:

  • Any Full-Time Graduate

  • 0–4 years of experience

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts

2️⃣ Service Desk

• Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, and LAN issues.

• Troubleshoot Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.

• Support Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype).

• Handle VPN, TCP/IP, and network-related issues.

• Eligibility:

  • 1–2 years experience in IT Service Desk / Technical Support

  • Knowledge of OS, browsers, and networking basics

  • Strong communication skills and shift flexibility
