Job Purpose:
To deliver exceptional customer service, ensure client retention, and drive sales in Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) segments through local market development and relationship management.
🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

Identify new markets and customers through canopy activities, leaflet distribution, cold calling, and other lead generation efforts.

Manage leads from cross-sell, branch, and partner channels.

Deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Achieve individual sales and income generation targets.

Manage the entire loan process – from login to disbursement, counselling, and customer handholding.

Coordinate with collections teams to ensure EMI recoveries and prevent loan defaults.

Build and strengthen relationships with builders, business communities, and channel partners in the local market.
🎓 Education & Experience

Qualification: Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.Tech, BE, etc.)
